Welcome to Emerald Woods Place in North Nanaimo - brought to you by Dueck General Contractors.

The active West Coast lifestyle abounds in Emerald Woods of Nanaimo...

Emerald Woods Place is a north-end Nanaimo gem surrounded by forest and access to a wetland, creek and easy trail access to the Nanaimo Parkway Trail. You will also appreciate the convenience of being less than ten minutes from Woodgrove Centre and the city's most concentrated shopping district.

Wilderness is also within a ten minute drive heading just west of the Nanaimo Parkway (Hwy 19) where one might stumble upon many hiking trails including one at a Benson Creek Falls regional park that takes you through dense forests to the stunning Ammonite Falls. In summer, nearby Brannen Lake is a haven for campers, wake boarders and water skiers. And for winter, Mount Washington is a favourite destination for Alpine and Nordic skiing, and snow shoeing.
